Technical drawings and schedules are provided as an additional scope for construction clarity.

Interior Resolution Package:

  • One refined design direction in Revit

Interior Coordination Package: (Optional)
Includes: Dimensioned plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, switching layouts, and coordination schedules (lighting, plumbing, appliances, cabinetry).

Scope

All visuals and drawings represent design intent only.
Construction documentation, permits, purchasing, and coordination are handled by the contractor or the licensed professional of record.
For teams not working in Revit, a project-specific model is developed to keep visuals and drawings aligned.
Engagements are short-term and scoped by room to remain flexible.

Pricing

Bathroom Resolution Package - Starting at $1,800.
Kitchen Resolution Package - Starting at $2,500.

Interior Coordination Package (Optional) - $800 to $1,500

Final pricing depends on scope and complexity.
Additional revisions are billed hourly.
