Refund policy
Every piece offered in our shop is either hand-printed or a high-quality fine-art print reproduction, depending on your selection at purchase.
All artwork is created with great care, and each hand-printed piece carries subtle variations in ink, texture, and impression. These distinctions are the natural signature of handmade work and are considered part of its beauty, not imperfections. For this reason, all sales are final.
If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out — we want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it.
Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the artwork
- Packaging photos (if applicable)
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for shipping-related damage.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a parcel is accepted by the carrier, it is in their care.
We will assist with tracking inquiries, but cannot replace or refund items lost by carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
