By using this website or purchasing from it, you agree to the terms below.

1. Use of This Website

This website presents design work and products for general information.

Nothing on this website constitutes:

• a binding offer of services
• construction, legal, or technical advice

Design services are provided only through a separate written agreement.

2. Design advice 

Afshan Behnam may provide design notes and advice, including layout, spatial planning, and material direction. All drawings, renderings, text and documents:

• represent design intent only
• are not construction documents, fabrication manual or permit documents

3. Products & Artwork

Products include hand-printed works and print reproductions.

Subtle variations are part of the process and not considered defects.

We aim for accurate representation, though colors may vary slightly by screen.

4. Orders & Returns

Orders are accepted upon payment.

Production time:

• Hand-printed works: approx. 10 days
• Prints: approx. 6 days

All sales are final. Damaged items may be replaced or refunded if reported within 7 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including artwork, drawings, images, and text, belongs to Afshan Behnam.

No reproduction or commercial use without written permission.

6. Responsibility

You agree to use all materials responsibly.

Afshan Behnam is not responsible for:

• construction decisions
• misuse of drawings or artwork
• installation or handling issues

7. Limitation of Liability

All services and products are provided “as is.”

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California.

9. Changes

Terms may be updated at any time.
