Shipping policy
All artworks are shipped with care from California, USA.
Each piece is created with intention, and proper drying, pressing, and wrapping take time. Thank you for your patience as we prepare each order with the attention it deserves.
Processing Times
Every item is made to order.
- Hand-printed pieces: approximately 8 days before dispatch
- Art prints: approximately 6 days before dispatch
Shipping time is in addition to processing time.
Carriers & Notification
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Once artwork is handed to the carrier, it is in their care; however, we will gladly support you in locating delayed parcels whenever possible.
Taxes
Sales tax is applied at checkout as required by state regulations.
International Shipping
We are delighted to ship artwork worldwide.
Please note:
- International customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs fees
- These charges are not included at checkout
- Customs processing may extend delivery time
- If import fees are declined and the parcel is returned, we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs
We appreciate your understanding — customs policies vary by country and are outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to USPS forwarding issues, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Cancelation
We reserve the right to cancel an order if necessary (for example, due to studio capacity, payment issues, or errors in product information).
If that happens, you will be notified and fully refunded.
