Non-Licensed Practice: Services do not include licensed architecture, structural engineering, construction management, or official building permit documentation. No deliverables provided constitute stamped building plans, structural schematics, or technical specifications for construction purposes.

Client Measurement Responsibility: All 3D models and layout plans are generated based on field measurements, photos, and floor plan data provided directly by the client. The client assumes full responsibility for verifying all exact physical field dimensions, doorways, stairwells, and clearance paths prior to purchasing furniture, fixtures, or executing physical work.

Rendering & Material Disclaimers: Digital 3D renderings and monochromatic models are conceptual visual representations used to illustrate spatial scale, volume, and furniture layout options. Natural variations in lighting, surface finishes, monitor calibrations, and manufacturer fabric/paint dye lots may occur. Clients are advised to review physical material samples in their own lighting environment before making final purchasing decisions.
